Convenient location

Guests have found the location of this hotel convenient and easily accessible by car. The hotel offers a good base for visiting students at Iowa State University and there are few attractions or points of interest in the area that are further away from the property than a ten to 20-minute drive.

Friendly and helpful staff

The standard of service offered by the staff at this hotel appears to be good. Although some of the reviews relate to when the hotel was a Hampton Inn (changed in May 2106), feedback since the changeover has remained impressive in this area.
