Stunning rooftop lounge & bar

Lot of guests have frequently commented on the amazingly beautiful rooftop lounge & bar where they had a relaxing time in true sense and enjoyed the spectacular views of Bangkok.

They were classy and beautifully decorated offering stunning views. Rooms featured all the facilities that are required for a comfortable stay. Negative Reviews

Callous behavior

Few guests reported that that they reached the hotel sharp at the check-in time but they were asked to wait as their room was not ready by then. This did not go well with the guests as they did not expect this kind of scenario from a leading 5-star hotel. Few guests were so disappointed after the bad experience they had during their stay at the hotel that they even called it a ‘money grab'.

Rude/unfriendly staff

Guests commented that some of the hotel receptionists were really rude and unfriendly. Furthermore, some of the staff members were also rude, they were not helpful and service minded. Guests added that few staff members did not help them (guests) with what they were looking for.

Sign board missing

Few guests reported that despite being a 5-star hotel, it did not have “Do Not Disturb” sign boards for the room doors.
