No refund policy
Some visitors have had the unpleasant experience of being stranded on the wrong side of the island, and no way of reaching their destination in 7 Stones Borocay Suites. There have even been guests stranded due to a tornado. Unfortunately, you will not receive your refund back according to hotel policy.
Unpleasant walk to mall
Guests do like the fact that the DMall is only a short walk away, however you will have to walk through narrow alley ways, and most guests do not like the vibe of short, narrow alleys. You could drive, as there are plenty of parking bays available.
Rather cool pool
The swimming pools at this resort are not heated, so during the cooler months, you might find the water a bit on the cold side. There have been reports of guests being quite disappointed that their kids could not swim due to the temperature of the water.
