The staff members were said to be respectful and nice to most guests. They were responsive and accommodating to guest requests and inquiries. It was nice to know that there are staff members who can help with tourist information and general comments.
The resort is located right in front of a beautiful white sand beach which was perfect for guests looking to relax and enjoy a piece of paradise. The resort is also near the restaurants and bars for those who wanted to head out to eat.
The pool was found to be very beautiful and a good chance to take a swim to relax. The pool also has a nice sun deck to take in the sun and has panoramic ocean views. It is a summary of what a relaxing vacation should be like and most guests were happy with the pool.
Some guests were surprised to know the hotel's airport shuttle was quite expensive and not free. They expected the shuttle to be complimentary or at least cheaper.
Some guests would have appreciated more effort put into the decoration and furnishings of the rooms to correlalte with the sea ambiance the hotel is in. They also thought some of the noise level was too much as they could hear their neighbours quite easily.
The breakfast was found to be a bit on the boring side given there were not many choices available and each day seemed to be the same. Some guests would have preferred some more items available to enjoy their morning meal.
