Hotel Comfort Inn & Suites Airport and Expo (Louisville, USA)

Many guests thought that the best attribute of this hotel was its location. They loved being able to walk to the Kentucky Kingdom theme park and to the Expo Center and frequently commented that the property was well situated for both business and leisure needs.

Guests liked the variety of choices available at the free breakfast buffet. They reported being able to choose from hot and cold items, and thought the overall offerings were  better than expected for a hotel of this price.

Guests were pleased by the amount of space offered in their rooms. That was especially true if they were staying away from home for a while, or sharing their rooms with other occupants.

Guests noted that the hotel management does not care very much about property upkeep. They reported numerous problems ranging from leaking air conditioners to loose tiles and clogged toilets, However, when telling staff about those issues, the workers seemed indifferent and not committed enough to resolving the problems. Guests clarified that the lack of attention to maintenance is visible both inside and outside of the property.

Guests gave feedback to say that they could often hear the sounds of airplanes flying overhead. The associated noises often kept them awake or woke them up, making them wish the hotel had better soundproofing.

Guests said the Wi-Fi was so slow, they were unable to use it to get work done. Furthermore, they said the connection frequently dropped. Guests mentioning having to use personal hotspot devices instead because the hotel's service was so poor.
