The hotel has 750 luxury guestrooms and suites, 127 serviced apartments, and 55 luxury residences consisting of 4 storey villas. Tower Wing, the Tropical Garden Wing and the Exclusive Valley Wing are the names of the three wings of the hotel. The 15 acre landscaped garden contains many different kinds of aquatic plants, trees, flowers and exotic plants. There are also waterfalls and ponds with over a hundred Japanese Koi. The 4 dining place are, Nadaman a Japanese restaurant, Shang Palace a Chinese restaurant, BLU is the wine and dine area and Shang Palace serves international cuisines. There is also a Lobby Court for lights snack, The Line Shop for freshly baked bread and pastries, and international and local dishes are available at Rose Veranda. The two grand ballrooms are the Island and Tower, or for a more cosy and intimate gathering there is the Waterfall Terrace, Garden Terrace and The Pavilion.
