The hotel is well placed for shopping and is in close proximity to the shopping malls. The Mid Valley Mega Mall for example is 7-minutes' walk from the hotel. A choice of restaurants are within easy walking distance. Bintang Walk and Petaling Street (Chinatown) are a 10-minute drive away. .

The onsite restaurant which offers beautiful views overlooking the Klang River is open daily. Many guests commented that the restaurant offers a variety of delicious local and international dishes. It also Staff have also been described as friendly, considerate and professional.
