The hotel is well placed for shopping and is in close proximity to the shopping malls. The Mid Valley Mega Mall for example is 7-minutes' walk from the hotel. A choice of restaurants are within easy walking distance. Bintang Walk and Petaling Street (Chinatown) are a 10-minute drive away. .
The onsite restaurant which offers beautiful views overlooking the Klang River is open daily. Many guests commented that the restaurant offers a variety of delicious local and international dishes. It also Staff have also been described as friendly, considerate and professional.
The rooms were found to be spacious, generally clean, well appointed and comfortable.
While most customer service reviews were very positive, some guests had negative customer service experiences. Some guests felt that the front desk staff were unprofessional, reporting that at times the check-in service was slow and guest rooms were not always ready at the required time.
Some guests felt that the service and amenities offered fell short of this hotels' 5-star rating. Complaints included that only one bottle of complimentary water was offered during the stay.
