Travellers note that the hotel is in an ideal location if you have an early morning flight or a long layover at Kuala Lumpur International Airport. The KLIA2 terminal is a ten-minute walk from the property and is connected to the hotel by a covered walkway while the main terminal is a three-minute train ride away.

Sometimes after a long flight, all you want to do is lay down on a comfortable bed. Guests say the beds at the property really hit the spot if you are weary from travelling and in need of a little rest.

If you enjoy a nice hot shower after travelling, the hotel has you covered. Visitors rave about the showers equipped in the en-suite bathrooms which are powerful and provide you with plenty of hot water to help you feel clean.

A few visitors say the property has some cleanliness issues with the rooms in particular being a little dirty and worse for wear. While the lack of tidiness doesn't apply to all the rooms, a couple of guests point out that some of the accommodations could be a little cleaner.

There is free Wi-Fi in the rooms and common areas of the property. However, several travellers complain that the speed of the internet is rather slow and might as well not work at all.

The hotel does offer a number of services but a few guests report there are fees for these which makes them a little annoying to use. For example, the hotel does have on-site parking and luggage storage but these are not complimentary.
