Breakfast doesn't cut the mustard

The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast each morning, but guests say that basic doesn't even begin to describe it. It was noted that the service only has a limited number of items available and that it is pretty underwhelming overall.

Wi-Fi too weak

There is suppose to be complimentary Wi-Fi in the rooms of the property, but visitors claim that the signal doesn't make it into all of the accommodations meaning you might not be able to use it. The signal can be found in some rooms while others might have to head to the lobby to use the Internet.

Too much noise

Travellers were less than impressed by the fact that sounds from the adjacent rooms or people outside can be heard in your accommodation. It was added that the walls don't do much to stop these noises.
