Positive Reviews

Staff will move mountains

Attention was paid to every detail at this hotel. Staff were considered to be so supportive to the needs of their guests and would go out of their way to ensure a hassle-free stay. Whether it was making sure that breakfast was cooked to perfection, or bus tickets were booked on time, the staff always seemed to be one step ahead.

Everywhere is spotlessly clean

This beautiful and extremely clean boutique hotel was also found to be comfortable, charming and offered a hint of Chinese nostalgia. The sparkling swimming pool provided a relaxing retreat and was also clean and refreshing. Even the bathrooms and toilets got positive reviews for being extraordinarily shiny and clean.

Oozing with charm and character

Guests loved the quaint boutique-style decor, the fifties furniture and the retro vibe. The simple but effective black and white inner facade of the building was also noted and the quiet location added to the natural ambience. Although guests appreciated the modern conveniences, they loved the cosy atmosphere and special charm even more.

Negative Reviews

Wi-Fi connection is not the best

If you need to stay connected during your stay, then you should take note of complaints from guests who found the Wi-Fi to be a little on the slow side. They said they didn't have a signal in every part of the room and had to work in the reception area for a stronger connection.
