Neat and relaxing rooms

The rooms at the hotel have been found to be nice and clean, featuring comfortable beds and neat bed sheets/linens. Even the bathrooms were clean, featuring neat shower areas, great shower pressure and plenty of fresh towels. The peaceful ambience of the rooms provided a relaxing stay for the guests.

Awesome location of the hotel

The guests loved the quiet and beautiful location of the hotel which provided a tranquil experience to them. Moreover, an easy access to some of the fantastic restaurants/bars, featuring live music and excellent food allowed the guests to indulge in drinking, dining and dancing, leaving them extremely happy.

Hardworking staff took good care of guests

The staff at the hotel has been found to be extremely friendly, humble and helpful. The thorough professionalism of the staff members not only provided an excellent stay for the guests but also left them highly impressed.

Free breakfast failed to satisfy the guests

The free breakfast served at the hotel has been found to be pretty basic and boring with minimal offerings. The guests felt really disappointed as the breakfast lacked hot items like eggs, bacon and sausages.

Guests were unable to swim

The swimming pool at the hotel was found to be dirty, featuring unclean water. Even the pool area looked unclean and poorly maintained. It was a major disappointment for the guests who were looking forward to swimming in the pool.

Small grievances by some guests

Guests complained about the air-conditioners in their respective rooms to be too loud, hampering their sleep. Moreover, the non-functional phones and fridges in some of the rooms caused great discomfort to the guests.
