Heart of Downtown

Both business guests and casual adventurers found the hotel's downtown location as ideal for navigating and exploring the city. They were impressed by the large variety of dining options and shopping centres right on the hotel's doorstep. Guests also appreciated the comfort of having various amenities next to the hotel, including a convenience store and a 24-hour laundry service.

Taste of Malaysian Cuisine

Staying Hydrated

Cramped Quarters

With the exception of the spacious studio, most guests found the rooms on the small side. Guests said that the standard rooms were best suited for solo travellers or close couples, as there is virtually no floor space for any activity within the room.

Too Much Traffic

Guests warn that the area does get very congested and using a car can be a hassle. Sometimes it is much faster to walk than to sit in traffic.

Windowless Rooms

Some rooms lack windows completely, but you can always request one with a view. Guests say the windows are worth the upgrade because they're huge and some rooms even look out onto the water.
