Superb facilities

For an affordable hotel in the city to have a rooftop pool and a fully equipped gym is quite surprising. Both are well maintained and are said to be the main attractions of this hotel. Guests love sitting on the deck and soaking up the sun.

Spacious rooms

The rooms are all very spacious and represent great value for money. They are very well equipped with all the latest mod cons and there are even nice arm chairs to sit in while watching the TV. If you're lucky, you might even get an ocean view.

Housekeeping very thorough

The cleaning staff do their best to keep each of the rooms in immaculate condition. There are very few complaints regarding the cleanliness of the rooms or the bathrooms and guests have been very happy with the condition of the facilities too.

Negative Reviews

No utensils in the kitchen

Some guests have been less than pleased to find a kitchen with all the appliance needed but no plates or utensils. They weren't too happy that they had to purchase the items themselves as the hotel staff had no way of providing them.

Poor breakfast offerings

The fare offered at breakfast is said to be very poor and not exactly satisfying. Many guests are unhappy that there are so few options to choose from and feel that more could be done to bring it up to the standard of other hotels nearby.

Poor staff training

The people that work here are very friendly and polite but it seems that many of them don't really know how to deal with guests. A lot of them have very little English and they are very familiar with many of the basic hotel processes.
