Positive Reviews

A Shopper’s Paradise

Guests loved the location of this Kuala Lumpur hotel, which put them right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, the city’s premier shopping area. Despite its proximity to a number of high-end malls, many commented that this property offered excellent value for money.

Nicely Designed Units

The rooms here are decidedly chic, with guests really impressed by the soft, minimal tones of both their units and the hotel as a whole. For those who had them, wide windows gave this property’s compact rooms a more spacious feel.

Friendly Staff, Good Transport Links

The staff at this Bukit Bintang hotel appear to be nothing but friendly and consistently go out of their way to offer guest assistance. In addition to being handy for KL’s shopping area, this property offers good links to both the city’s bus and monorail networks.

Negative Reviews

Small Units

The tiny size of the units at this hotel did take many aback. This was particularly the case for Western travellers, who found the rooms here to be almost oppressively small. For those in units without windows, this created an atmosphere of claustrophobia.

Lots of Exterior Noise

Judging by guest reviews, this property is set directly next to a very popular Indian restaurant-cum-nightclub. Light sleepers reported being disturbed well into the early hours by the noise of music and party-goers emanating from the venue.

Hard to Find

Many new arrivals – and especially those coming by taxi – experienced no end of difficulties when attempting to locate this property. This unfortunately started the guest experience off on the wrong foot, with guests exasperated before even setting foot in the lobby.
