Working Lift

The rooms are spread within several floors and guests find it convenient that there is a lift which services each floor. This saved them the time and effort of having to carry their luggage during check-in and checkout.

Windowless, Cramped Rooms

Despite the fact that there is a space where guests can put their luggage, and a wardrobe where they can store their clothes, they still find the room to be a bit too cramped for their liking. In addition, indicated in their reviews that rooms do not have windows - something that really affected the air circulation inside.

Walls are Thin

Guests felt that the walls in the rooms lack the sound insulation necessary for a peaceful sleep. They reported that they were able to hear noise from the outside. This issue was particularly troublesome for those who were noise-sensitive.

Wi-Fi Issues

Although free Wi-Fi was offered in the hotel, guests still complained that they usually encountered problems when trying to connect. Oftentimes, the Internet signal was weak so they were not able to connect at all.
