A former cinema; the 4 star, Vip Executive Éden Aparthotel, in Lisbon, now has another ‘leading role’; as a provider of quality studio and apartment accommodation.

Accommodating 1-4 persons; studios and one bedroom apartments at Vip Executive Éden Aparthotel are air conditioned with Wi-Fi connection, satellite television, safe, bathroom, hairdryer and a kitchen area with microwave, refrigerator and crockery.

A conference room is available for business visitors and the swimming pool, solarium and bar, with panoramic views over the city, are also ‘star features’ here.

Excellent location

There is easy access from this Praca Restauradores location, to virtually all areas of the city. This includes a short funicular journey to the famous Bairro Alto. a haunt of writers and artists and a hotbed of fascinating bars and restaurants.

Self catering paradise

You don’t need to spend money in bars and restaurants – particularly as there is a well stocked, late night supermarket, less than two hundred yards away.

Easy access

Via the lift, long and short staying guests and business people with a busy schedule, have little problem getting their luggage in and out, quickly.

Negative Reviews

The Ping and Pong factors!

Try to get accommodation as far away from the lift. as it ‘pings’ loudly when coming to rest at your floor. This can be a problem throughout both the day and night The ‘pong’ element is the smell of dampness in at least some of the studios - and a real turn off for all concerned, except visiting cockroaches.

A sad Lisbon Story

This is the 'elephant in the room' so can’t be avoided. Homeless people are living a cardboard box existence just outside the hotel. It’s not a nice welcoming site – but, it must, of course, be much worse for them. There is, though, never a hint of any trouble or disturbance.

Iffy facilities

The apartments need a facelift – and a re-design Beds are creaking and have obviously seen better nights, there are no hangers for clothes, minimal crockery and cutlery is supplied – plus,the bathroom, in particular, is ‘lit very darkly’ and is somewhat depressing.
