Showing signs of age

While many visitors have had an enjoyable stay at Intercontinental Dar Al Tawhid, others have reported that some of the hotel area along with guest rooms demand refurbishment. You may find facilities and rooms look a bit aged.

Air-conditioning / Heating demands updating

Guests have mentioned about air conditioner not working properly and the room getting stuffy and suffocated because of the weather. However once the issue was reported to reception, it got resolved in no time.

Food was repetitive and inedible

Some of the guests were unhappy with the food at the on-site restaurant. In some of the instances, the food served was not up to the standards almost inedible and quite repetitive. Guests preferred eating at nearby restaurants.
