Positive Reviews

Location couldn’t be better

Whether you want to shop or sightsee nearby, you can do so hassle-free. You are within walking distance of Jonker Walk, and attractions including Straits Chinese Jewelry Museum, Dutch Square, and St Paul’s Church are located within close proximity of the hotel.

Spacious and clean rooms here

It’s a good thing that the rooms here are spacious. You can easily spread out while in your room, and you’ll find enough space to keep your baggage. You’ll love that the rooms are immaculately clean, too, which makes for a great stay.

Staff is extraordinarily friendly

Immediately you set foot on this property, the staff is sure to greet you with a smile. It doesn't stop here; they extend their welcome by saying greeting you each morning. They are quick to attend to your needs as well – including carrying your luggage up the stairs.

Negative Reviews

Bathrooms are quite open

The bathrooms in this hotel have little to offer when it comes to privacy. While the glass walls are quite modern, they stand in the way of your privacy, unless you are staying solo or with your significant other.

Front-faced rooms may be noisy

You may want to avoid the rooms at the front of the hotel, especially if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise, the noise from the street outside is likely to keep you awake. Also, you are bound to hear footsteps from the wooden flooring/stairs when guests are coming in or going out.

Limited choices at breakfast

While the breakfast served is delicious and a decent size, it is lacking in options. All you get is pastries and some hot food; nothing special. You might want to eat your first meal of the day in the neighbouring restaurants and cafes.
