Positive Reviews

Central location makes sightseeing convenient.

Seasons Botanic Gardens Melbourne enjoys a prime location close to Melbourne's CBD which means you can easily walk to many of the attractions in the city. Close public transport links are also a bonus if you want to go further afield.

Large apartments with everything you need.

This place is like a home away from home, you don't just have a room you get an entire apartment! You can kick back on the balcony or cook up dinner in the kitchen, and there is even enough space to invite your friends for dinner.

Professional and friendly staff are very helpful.

If you find a problem with your apartment or need something out of the ordinary the staff are quick to assist and make sure you have everything you need. Enjoy great customer service here!

Negative Reviews

Cleanliness definitely has room for improvement.

Perhaps because the apartments here get lived in more than standard hotel rooms they suffer from more wear and tear. You could find your apartment in far from perfect condition and not as clean as you would keep your own home.

You have to pay to use the Wi-Fi here.

A real problem here is that there is no Wi-Fi included in the rate for an apartment, so if you want to stay connected to the internet you'll have to pay extra. Free Wi-Fi should be standard by now.

Not the best value accommodation in Melbourne.

If you shop around for accommodation in Melbourne it's likely you could find a better deal for your money. Seasons Botanic Gardens Melbourne is not that cheap and other hotels offer similar facilities for a lower room rate.
