Prime location in Williamstown

According to the feedback of essentially all past guests, the location is one of the main highlights of staying at the hotel. Thanks to its central waterfront location, the property is in close proximity to various attractions and stores in the area.

Commendable service from staff

The level of customer service delivered by the accommodation is at a high level - based on the overall sentiments of previous visitors. As well as a purportedly friendly and sociable attitude, the staff members were regularly said to be really attentive and helpful.

Clean with great views on offer

Most former guests were appreciative of the hygiene standards of the hotel's apartments. Along with being clean, many of the apartments also supposedly offer great views of the bay and harbour.

Apartments in need of refurbishment

Although refurbishments have been apparently taking place, a notable amount of recent visitors have been critical about the general condition of the accommodation's apartments. At times, the furnishings, decor and amenities have all been described as showing noticeable wear and tear.

No breakfast option available

The omission of a breakfast option at the hotel's on-site restaurant was a disappointment on occasion for previous guests. With that said, a number of dining choices are in close proximity to the property and reportedly serve breakfast - helping to negate this disadvantage to some extent.

Soundproofing not the best

Numerous past visitors had their comfort disrupted by the noise of others staying at the accommodation. This was often attributed to the soundproofing of the apartments, which was considered somewhat ineffective in blocking out noise from neighbouring rooms.
