A luxurious five star hotel overlooking Niagara Falls, the Sheraton On the Falls is directly connected to the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark and Casino Niagara.

Ranging from traditional guest rooms to a two-storey penthouse suite, accommodations at the Sheraton on the Falls feature flat screen televisions and Sweet Sleeper beds. Wi-Fi is available for an additional fee.

Guests can enjoy a view of the falls while cooling off in the indoor or outdoor pool. The Christienne Spa on site offers a full range of treatments.

Nice rooms with astounding views.

Guests who pay the premium for falls view rooms rave generally consider every nickel well spent, as many of these rooms feature floor to ceiling windows and/or balconies and the views are truly spectacular. Guests who choose city view rooms can get a grea

Location, location, location.

Guests also rave about the location, as the connecting walkways to the large, well maintained water park, as well as Casino Niagara, are indoors. Clifton Hill is just outside, and a WEGO bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

Friendly, professional staff.

Many guests give the reception team high marks for their friendly, helpful service, and note that the housekeeping staff also do a great job. Guests who spring for valet parking note that the valets are generally very prompt and courteous.

Negative Reviews

Service charges...

Several guests who had pre-booked through third parties were dismayed to discover the additional nightly "resort fee" upon checking in. The fee covers items such as Wi-Fi, coffee, and newspapers.

Parking woes...

Guests who opted out of the pricier valet service found self parking to be a bit of a hassle, particularly for guests with heavy luggage, as the lot is a bit far from the hotel. Several found the charge for self parking to be unreasonable.

Light sleepers beware...

Though many guests report a quiet night, or else enjoy the dull roar of the falls in the background, more than a few couples expecting a 'romantic' weekend were disturbed by children running through the halls, presumably excited to get to the many family
