Modern, everything you need, good price.

Those who stayed at Smarthotel Oslo found the modern rooms to be clean, comfortable and equipped with all the amenities needed, at a very good price for Norway.

Kind staff, simple check-in, bikes.

You will find the staff to be kind and helpful, the free bikes you can borrow to be a nice touch, and the simple check-in, check-out process using computers to make things a lot easier.

Top location for walking Oslo.

The hotel’s location was deemed excellent as it put people within a very short walk of the city centre, Royal Palace, National Theatre and other popular attractions, while the nearby Metro and rail links were also handy for moving about the city or linking to the airport.

Negative Reviews

Breakfast too expensive.

Some guests considered the price of breakfasts at Smarthotel Oslo to be to expensive to consider, but if you do want to eat in, then there is a huge spread of fare on offer.

Small overall.

Be aware that the quarters here are really rather small, especially the single rooms and bathrooms, which offer little extra space for anything other than the furnishings. Some people complained that there was hardly room for their luggage, but most were happy to put up with the cramped quarters given the very good prices.
