Difficulties accessing Wi-Fi.

Some guests reported having difficulty accessing the Wi-Fi, and also expressed disappointment that there is no Wi-Fi access in the bedrooms. Wi-Fi in the lobby is also limited as the connection is switched off in the evening after staff finish their shift

Lift not working.

Over different time periods, a number of guests reported that the elevators were not working. It might be a good idea to check whether the lift is in service before booking.
