Clean rooms.

The hotel rooms and facilities are very clean. The hotel rooms are very simple, spacious and immaculately clean. All of the hotel facilities are kept in tidy and neat conditions. The large rooms have enough space to conveniently store luggage. Many guests were pleased with the comfort of the rooms and beds, reporting a very sound sleep.

Convenient location.

The hotel is in an ideal location for train transport. It is very close to the metro and train station, only a few blocks from Gare de l'est, Gare du Nord. Guest had no trouble connecting to the city centre and major tourist destinations by using the metro.

Great customer service.

Previous guests reported that the hotel customer service was truly terrific. The front desk reception staff served customers with a smile and were always welcome to help. Nothing was too much to ask for and they will do their best to provide answers to all of your questions and travel concerns.

Negative Reviews

No lift access in some areas.

The hotel is set in two separate buildings with a shared courtyard. Some of the standard rooms on the third and fourth floors do not have lift access. Guests may have to carry luggage up a steep flight of stairs. However, requesting a room with lift access during your booking should alleviate this minor discrepancy.

Slow Wi-Fi connection.

Several guests had issues with keeping a strong Wi-Fi connection. In addition to a slow connection, the hotel rooms only allow you to sync one device to the wireless network.

Unwelcoming neighbourhood.

Although there is convenient access to the city centre and plenty of bustle around the hotel, some guests felt the neighbourhood was unwelcoming. It’s main draw is the Marche Saint Quentin close by and some low-level cafes.
