Positive Reviews

Central location is liked by all

The central location of Mounts Bay Waters Apartment has been liked by most of the past guests. The property is minutes away from Perth CBD and also allows easy access to the shopping malls, public transport and other tourist attractions.

Staff- Kudos!

May it be reception, service or housekeeping, the friendly staff at this property has been able to impress all the past visitors. The team here works for the welfare of its guests and even goes out of the way to assist them.

Breakfast choices- Great

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and the hotel has superb buffet breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel offers wide range in their buffet breakfast which has pleased several guests during their stay.

Negative Reviews

Air-conditioners are loud

Guests at Mounts Bay Waters Apartment left dissatisfied as the air-conditioning in the guest apartments was way too loud. In certain instances, guests also had to face leakage problems with the air-conditioners which added to their discomfort.

Wi-Fi is paid and terribly slow

While most of the hotels offer complimentary internet access, guests had to pay for using Wi-Fi at this property. Paying was not much of a hassle for business travellers but the terribly slow speed annoyed them and delayed their work.

No city views

The guest rooms at this property face a freeway and guests could only see roadside traffic from their room's window instead of any beautiful city views. This has been quite disappointing for some of the past guests.
