Beautiful sunset over lake Erie

The hotel sits on the side of lake Erie giving it a perfect location for guests wanting to relax. There are many reviews from previous visitors describing the views over the lake as being quite special especially at sunset.

Very attentive staff members on reception

The reviews regarding the service, as well as reception are fabulous. The staff are very helpful and happy to give you local information if you're visiting the area. The also make a huge effort at breakfast time.

Close to food outlets and bars

There are fast food outlets very close by as well as convenience stores for those little extras needed. Many have said they will most definitely return due to the added convenience.

Negative Reviews

Not clean at all, even hairs in the bed

Unfortunately the cleanliness is something the hotel may need to look at as many reviews state its in dire need of a good clean throughout. The rooms, bathrooms and the carpets all seem to be an issue. Guests have complained whilst they have stayed.

Small pool for the size of the hotel

The pool offered has been described as being on the smaller side which when busy, cannot accommodate many guests. Some people have been disappointed by this however have been pleasantly surprised with the nearby beach.

Infested with bugs everywhere

Throughout the reviews most mention the issue with bugs within the hotel. Some have found them in their beds, lots in the bathrooms, on window ledges, and also in the main part of the hotel.
