Positive Reviews

Clean, comfortable, and well decorated...

Guests often comment on the striking yet inviting decor in the One Lounge, which doubles as the hotel's reception area. The rooms also earn high marks for style and comfort: the beds are generally considered very cozy, the large walk-in showers are powerful, and the sound insulation is also good. Many describe the overall feeling as more luxurious than you might expect for such a reasonable price.

A top-notch team...

Guests widely describe the front desk staff as welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. The housekeeping team also provides a high level of service, with guests generally finding the rooms to be very clean and well maintained.

A great choice for tourists...

The hotel is located on a quiet side street within an easy walk of Republic Square and the Palladium shopping mall. Travellers can walk to the old town square in 20 minutes or less, and there are also two metro stations about five minutes away on foot, so getting out to the Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, and many other tourist attractions is easy for those who don't enjoy walking as well.

Negative Reviews

Too minimal for some...

Guests have been irritated to discover that the rooms do not feature telephones, forcing them to walk down to reception to report any issues. The rooms also don't feature mini fridges or coffee machines.

Big beds, small duvets...

Some guests describe the duvet covers as too small for the beds, especially for two. A few guests have found the bedroom and bathroom areas a little tight as well.

Mixed signals...

The Wi-Fi has received mixed reviews. Some guests are irritated by the password system or are frequently disconnected, while others describe the internet as very speedy and appreciate that it is free.
