Average hotel; smelly

Guests say that although the Super 8 St Cloud is in a good location in Saint Cloud, USA, it is average at best. They say the hotel is in need of major repairs and updating. There is a strong smell of cigarette smoke prevailing especially in the lobby and hallways. Furniture is old and falling apart. Parking has minimal facilities and space and guests say that they feel nervous to leave their cars. There is no staff at the front desk answering calls. Most guests say that they will not be returning to this hotel.

Drab and worn out rooms

Rooms are drab and worn out. Guests say when they got to their room, they noticed that part of the floor by the window was wet, some outlet covers of the switches are broken, two lights were not functional and the floor lamp is unserviceable. There was a weird smell and the toilet kept running every few minutes. Cleaning of the rooms was limited to changing towels.

Pet owners do not get good rooms

Guests traveling with pets say that they are assigned smoking rooms. The rooms are also without any amenities. Guests say that such rooms are ones that potential room destroyers get to stay. Some guests say that they noticed questionable people loitering around outside the hotel and even staying at the hotel.
