So much shopping.

The location of the hotel makes it an ideal base if you enjoy shopping. The hotel is connected to the Tanglin Mall and is also within walking to the popular Orchard Road shopping district and its many malls.

Gym plus pool equals great.

Guests say the hotel’s pool and fitness centre are nice and offer everything you would expect. The gym is well equipped with free weights and cardio machines and the pool has plenty of space for you to relax.

Staff takes care of business.

Visitors note that the staff at the hotel is very friendly and willing to help guests. You can rest assured knowing the staff is able to help out with any problem that might arise during your stay.

Negative Reviews

Pardon the dust.

As part of the hotel’s rebranding, the property is undergoing massive renovations which guest point out can be annoying and an inconvenience. The renovations are expected to be completed by Q1 2016.

Don’t do dinner.

Guests note dinner at the hotel’s restaurants was not an enjoyable experience as the service was slow and the food wasn’t great quality. Nearby Orchard Road has many dining options which are very popular.

Uniforms lead to confusion.

The uniforms of the staff at the hotel have caused guests to wonder if they even work there at all. Visitors say the casual uniforms don’t look sharp while making it hard to determine who is actually an employee and who is a guest.
