Located very close to the pier and beach.

No matter what interests a visitor to Tybee Island may have, this hotel is well placed. Everything on the island is within walking distance, and if the beach isn't a traveler's goal, there are plenty of other options nearby.

Guestrooms are nice and super clean.

Each of the rooms at the Sea & Breeze Hotel are well furnished and meticulously cleaned. Guests will have no problem relaxing thanks to the comfortable setups found in each room.

Staff members are great throughout.

Every staff member at this hotel is complimented for their service in online reviews. Comments include how welcoming employees are and how prompt they are at taking care of issues to earn high marks in hospitality.

Negative Reviews

Parking can be a nightmare.

On-site parking at the Sea & Breeze Hotel is far from ideal. Not only are there not enough spaces for each guest, but the spaces themselves are placed incredibly close together and are poorly suited for larger vehicles.

Exterior of the property could use a facelift.

When booking a room at this hotel it isn't the best idea to base expectations against online photos. Several guests have reported that online images are misleading and the exterior of the hotel is more rundown than anticipated.

Walls aren't well insulated against noise.

Privacy can be a bit of an issue at the Sea & Breeze Hotel as reportedly thin walls allow conversations and noise from other guests to carry from room to room. During full capacity times guests might have a hard time resting due to the noise.
