Disorganised breakfasts.

The service at breakfast was said to be rather slow as some objected to having to wait rather a long time to place their orders. Guests also mentioned that on occasions certain items of food would run out and were not replenished on time.

Tired looking communal areas.

Some of the guests mentioned that the communal rooms including the bar and the lounge were starting to show their age as many noticed marks on the walls and tatty looking upholstery.

Issues with Wi-Fi.

Those who wanted to connect to the Internet from their rooms said that the Wi-Fi signal was rather weak and intermittent and as a result had to take their devices closer to the lobby where the signal was said to be stronger.
