Guests were very impressed with the Wi-Fi at this hotel. The connection is strong and available in all guest rooms. Guests had no hassles accessing and using the Wi-Fi.

Reviewers indicated that they found the position of the air-conditioning unit to be quite poor. The air -conditioner is aimed at the bed and so that air blows straight onto guests when they are in bed. The room can be very hot and stuffy without the air-conditioner on but then it is too cold if it is blowing onto the bed.

Some reviewers have reported that their rooms had a bad odour. Some rooms smelled of stale cigarette smoke which guests were not happy about as the rooms are supposed to be non-smoking. Other rooms had a bad odour that could not be identified.

This hotel is quite old and in need of a refurbishment. Reviewers have reported that they furniture in the rooms is quite old and well-used. The carpets are worn and stained and that modern touches could make the rooms more comfortable.
