Review summary

Summarized by AI from 500+ reviews

This hotel is a practical choice for medical visitors and budget travelers seeking a functional base with a retro charm. Its prime location offers exceptional proximity to the Florence hospital complex and convenient access to the city center via a nearby tram stop. While the rooms feature a dated 80s aesthetic, they are generally spacious and benefit from daily cleaning service. Guests consistently praise the helpful and accommodating reception staff for their kindness and efficiency. For a more comfortable stay, consider bringing your own pillow and earplugs due to potential noise from thin walls and the elevator.
