The beds are comfortable and the Internet connection is fast and stable. Perhaps the only real negative is that mini-fridges and microwaves are not provided in standard rooms.

Given the hotel's downtown location, you'll find that many of the city's attractions are within a reasonable walking distance of the property - no more than 15 minutes in most cases. Shopping and dining options in the area are also plentiful.

Reviews suggest that the customer service on offer is one of the highlights of the hotel. Guests speak highly of everyone from the front desk staff to the housekeeping team. The staff is quick to engage with guests in a genuinely friendly way and seem to deal with any eventuality promptly and efficiently.

Although many guests are of the opinion that this hotel offers value for money, some are quite disappointed by the additional daily fee for parking. That said, the charge is not unreasonably high and does include in/out privileges.

A number of guests found the hotel pool was smaller than they expected - so small that only around five guests can use the facility at any one time. Unsurprisingly, some guests found themselves having to wait to enjoy a swim.
