Reviews
Review summary
Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews
This hotel is primarily noted for its friendly and accommodating staff and the consistently praised complimentary breakfast, which often stands out as a highlight for guests. Despite these positive aspects, many visitors frequently observe that the property is in a significant state of disrepair, with widespread cleanliness issues and an outdated appearance. A recurring point of disappointment is the non-functional pool and hot tub, which have been out of service for an extended period. The hotel's convenient location is generally appreciated, making it suitable for business travelers and those visiting family or friends in the area. Pet owners also find it accommodating. To ensure a more satisfactory stay, guests are advised to confirm the current operational status of all amenities, especially the pool, and to be prepared for potential maintenance concerns within their rooms.
