Hotel M Suites (Johor Bahru, Malaysia)

For one couple particularly, a vacation that could have turned into a nightmare was averted by the honesty of the reception staff. A handbag was left behind in the lobby area, with documents and money inside, and was luckily kept safe and sound until the owners came back to claim it.

For those travellers who have children with them, the pool has been described as having an excellent, fun vibe during the day, and children just can't seem to get enough fun on the two slides, and the lovely warm water.

Most of the guests who took some time to relax and enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant were pleasantly surprised by the array of dishes on offer. Cuisine was cooked to perfection, and it seems that there was something suitable for everyone.

Visitors have complained about the condition of some of the rooms at M Suites Hotel, where comforters have reportedly smelt pretty bad, and the pillows are old and not shaped much like a pillow anymore. The interior walls are in need of a fresh coat of paint, and generally the rooms could do with a makeover.

Most visitors feel that Wi-Fi should be included in the price of the room rate, however you will have to pay for a good signal at M Suites. Regardless, the Wi-Fi often doesn't work all that well in hotels, so  for a bit of extra cash you will get fast reliable Internet.

Visitors have described the air-conditioning units as old, and in need of repair. They make a really loud noise when they are switched on, and some visitors have been disturbed at night. You could try cooling you room down before you retire at night.
