The hotel primarily serves budget travelers and road trippers seeking an affordable and convenient location near the freeway. While many guests appreciate the hotel's value proposition, the overall experience is often characterized by a no-frills approach, with some finding it to be a basic but acceptable stopover. A recurring theme is the friendly and helpful staff, who frequently receive praise for their customer service and willingness to assist, though some guests report less positive interactions or unhelpful responses to issues.
