Department stores and Shinsaibashi shopping arcade are near to the hotel while the vibrant Dotonbori area is just a short walk away. The hotel is connected to the subway station, so when you do not want to walk it easy to explore all of Osaka.

Guests like that they have such a wide choice of food available at the hotel, from a quick café breakfast in the Lobby Lounge to international cuisine and Japanese specialities. The Sky Cruiser cocktail bar is recommended for delicious drinks with wonderful city views.

Staff throughout the hotel are all very pleasant and friendly. They are all really helpful, being attentive and responsive to guests needs. You can expect to be very happy with the level of service that you receive here.

While most guests do not watch much television while they are on holiday, some do like to watch a little, perhaps just to keep up with current events. Some are disappointed to find that there are no English speaking channels, even American channels being dubbed into Japanese.

Rooms in cities are often small and rooms in Japan even more so. While rooms are not particularly small by Japanese standards, guests still do find them to be on the small side. However, they do say that the space is used quite efficiently and they are comfortable.

While guests say that their rooms are lovely and clean when they arrive, they are not impressed with the daily housekeeping service. Guests say they may not take away rubbish, do not wash cups and do not replenish toiletries. The service could be improved.
