Review summary

Summarized by AI from 1,000+ reviews

A stylish, art-forward city retreat for urban explorers.

This hotel serves as a vibrant base for sightseers seeking a creative atmosphere. The property sits directly across from the Te Papa Museum, while its leisure experience is anchored by a standout swimming pool. Guests often praise the comfortable beds for a restful night, and those looking for a more elevated experience should consider requesting a room with a view of the waterfront. While the property offers a unique, gallery-like aesthetic, the inconsistent service and fluctuating dining quality remain notable points of discussion for many visitors.

Some guests mentioned: inconsistent service, tired room interiors, noise disturbances.
