  • Select rooms with private balconies

Book a room with an attached balcony to enjoy additional outdoor space during your visit.

  • Compact guest room dimensions

Guest rooms and bathrooms are notably small, with limited space for luggage storage and maneuvering.

  • Easy access to Venice center

  • Multilingual staff and ticket assistance

Consult the 24-hour reception team for local navigation advice and to purchase public transport passes for travel throughout Venice.

  • Limited sound insulation between rooms

The building's older construction results in thin walls where noise from adjacent rooms and hallways is audible.

Many bathrooms feature compact shower areas separated by curtains rather than enclosed cubicles, which can lead to water on the floor.
