Mimata throughout the day.Know Before You Go The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.From Bungo-Nakamura Station (JR Kyudai Line): Take the bus bound for Makinoto-Toge and get off at Makinoto-Onsen (about 50 minutes). The hotel is about 1 minute from there on foot.By car: Exit the Oita Expressway at Kokonoe IC and continue along National Route 210, then Prefectural Route Tano Makinoto Route for about 30 minutes (18 km).
