Review summary
Summarized by AI from 30+ reviews
This hotel is best suited for budget travelers and sightseers seeking a convenient base for local exploration. The property's main draw is its location, offering easy access to nearby attractions. While the air conditioning and in-room fridges are functional, the overall state of the facilities, including a consistently closed and unkempt swimming pool, suggests a need for significant refurbishment. Guests consistently report issues with cleanliness, including cockroach infestations and pervasive stale cigarette smoke, which detracts from comfort. The staff receives mixed reviews, with some appreciating the owners' efforts, though booking discrepancies and unresponsiveness to issues like a lack of hot water are noted. For a potentially more comfortable stay, consider inquiring about recently renovated rooms, if available, to mitigate concerns about the general disrepair.
