Review summary
Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews
This hotel is particularly memorable for its direct underground connection to the thermal spa, offering unparalleled convenience for guests, and its extensive children's facilities, including a large indoor game hall. These features make it an excellent choice for families seeking a fun and relaxing getaway, as well as couples and relaxation seekers who can enjoy the hotel's tranquil wellness area and good dining options. While some aspects of the hotel show their age, guests consistently praise the cleanliness and the friendly staff. To make the most of your stay, be aware that check-in and dinner often take place at a nearby partner hotel, and the underground tunnel to the spa, while convenient, does have steps.
