Hotel Eminent is a fairly new, budget property situated in a central area along a main highway in Kota Kinabalu that features well-equipped guest rooms. Air-conditioned guest rooms are cleaned daily and feature an LED television with satellite channels, coffee and tea facilities and an en suite bathroom.  A hairdryer, an iron and ironing board and complimentary toiletries are also included in every room.
