Review summary
Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews
This hotel is often praised for its exceptional breakfast, particularly the freshly cooked-to-order eggs, which many guests highlight as a memorable feature. It consistently receives commendations for its cleanliness and the comfort of its beds, ensuring a restful stay for most visitors. While the overall staff are frequently described as friendly and helpful, some guests have noted inconsistencies in service, particularly at reception. The hotel is well-suited for business travelers seeking a convenient stopover due to its excellent motorway links, and for event attendees visiting nearby Cheltenham or Gloucester. Families and those with personal vehicles will find the ample free parking and accessible location beneficial for exploring the surrounding areas. To ensure a smooth experience, guests are advised to book breakfast in advance, and those sensitive to noise should consider requesting a room away from the main road or industrial facility.
