Review summary

Summarized by AI from 900+ reviews

A central city base with significant operational shortcomings.

This hotel serves sightseers seeking a prime location, though the property struggles to meet the expectations of a four-star stay. The Duomo di Milano sits within a short walk of the hotel, while the limited facilities offer only the most basic utility for travelers. Guests often find the guest rooms to be the highlight when clean and tidy, though those seeking a more restful experience may prefer to request a room on the higher floors to minimize street noise.

Some guests mentioned: narrow elevators, inconsistent service, uncomfortable beds.
